Step 1.
Go to Google PlayStore and download Orbot or go to this ( Link )
Step 2 .
After opening Orbot set your desired proxy location.
It is set to global by default or you can choose your desired country, you can also switch on the VPN MODE and choose your desired apps in which your VPN mode will run and protect your privacy or by default, the VPN mode will tunnel the whole device.
Step 3 .
Press the start button to start your Orbot.
How To Install Tor Browser In Your Android :
Step 1.
Open Google PlayStore and download Tor Browser ( 🔗 ).
Step 2.
After opening Tor you can press connect to connect your tor server.
After that, it will start connecting to the tor server. You can also swipe to the left to see the Tor logs.
Step 3 .
Set your security level to the standard, safer or the safest as per your choice.
• Standard: All Tor Browser and Website features are enabled.
• Safer: Disable website features that are often dangerous, causing some sites to lose functionality.
• Safest: Only allow website features required for static sites and basic services. These changes affect images, media and scripts.
After choosing any of this feature you can click on start browsing and can start your private browsing. You can also go to settings and change your desired settings as per your choice.
After doing everything it is good to run a test. There are two simple ways to test if your connection is routing through the Tor network.
METHOD 1: Type what is my ip in the Tor search bar. DuckDuckGo will display the IP address of the search request originated from you. You can tap one of the links to find exactly where your data appears to come from.
METHOD 2: Head to the Hidden Wiki. The Hidden Wiki is the directory of sorts for the dark web. It's an onion site, meaning that unless you have the correct browser configuration, you won't be able to access it.
From these two methods, you can check whether your Tor Browser works perfectly or not.
